It is above all reputed for its surfing sports and every August this French coastal town welcomes the Lacanau Pro world elite championships. The area is also a paradise for nature lovers, thanks to the large peaceful pond and nature reserve (Cousseau pond). Go hiking, cycling or horse riding to make the most of the stunning countryside, lakes and forests!

The Talaris campsite in the Medoc region, in South West France, is set in a lush green wooded area, over 30 acres of landscaped parks. This campsite in Aquitaine is ideally located between the Atlantic Ocean coastline and the Lacanau lake (6177ac).

You will also be able to enjoy the water park's 4,845 sq.ft. which includes two heated swimming pools, as well as an additional covered and heated swimming pool, a kids paddling pool, 3 heated water slides and one spectacular Spacebowl slide (minimum height requirement for entry is 3.9ft).

During the peak season, many activities are also on offer to suit the whole family, including: fitness classes, sports touraments and evening shows.

Heated paddling pool
Our paddling pool will be heated from 18/05. Before the 18/05 and after 14/09, we will heat the paddling pool depending on the weather conditions. (number : 1 - opening date : 11/04/2025)
The campsite has several water slides, which you can view in the pictures above.
The Spacebowl is a sensational slide where you will move swiftly down a path to arrive in a large bowl. The winner is the person who makes the most laps! (Minimum height requirement : 1m20)
A paddling pool complete with its own water slide, otherwise known as the snake, for children under the age of 6. Children can swim and slide in the safety of this attraction.
Ideal for children under 3 years of age, our colourful and playful paddling pool allows toddlers to experience the joys of swimming with their parents.

Carabouille and entertainment

On this campsite the Fun Dose is red. This means there is a lot of entertainment! In july and august, we offer the following:

-The Clapou Club (4-6 years old) and Policator Club (7-10 years old) welcome children from Monday until Friday, from 10am until 12pm and from 3pm until 5.00pm.

-The Nobodys (11-17 year olds) meet up twice a week.

-We offer evening entertainment 5 nights a week, 4 animators, aqua gym every morning and an almost non-stop super fun day and evening program until midnight!
