RENTAL CONDITIONS

The reservation shall be effective:

• after the management’s agreement
• with your signature at the foot of the contract correctly completed
• with your payment of 25 % of the total of the letting or for the pitches to be deducted from the bill for your stay + €25 filing expenses non-refundable, + 5 % of the cost of your stay for the cancellation guarantee.

*A receipt, not transferable to a third party, will be sent to you, it must be presented on the day of your arrival. Accommodations: the balance shall be paid 30 days before your Arrival. Pitches: the balance shall be paid on the day of your arrival. No reduction shall be allowed for late arrival or early departure.

ATTENTION: In case of delay please inform us in writing. If we are not informed the pitch or the let will be attributed to another the following day from 12 noon. The deposit shall not be refunded.

CANCELLATION: Every cancellation must be notified IN WRITING.

• before 1st March = total refund of the deposit,
• between 1st March and 1st May = 50 % of the deposit,
• after 1st May the deposit will remain the property of Talaris Vacances.
You should refer to the cancellation guarantee attached. In every case the filing expenses will not be refunded. Every camper or tenant is required to conform to the house rules of which a copy will be given him on the day of his arrival, as well as to the particular conditions of Talaris Vacances:
• Groups of minors unaccompanied by parents are not admitted.
• Dogs classified as dangerous ( pitbulls, ...) are not allowed inside the camping-site. Tattooing and valid anti-rabies vaccination, health record to be presented on the day of your arrival.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS FORACCOMMODATIONS: In July and August, letting by the week. Arrival from 4 p.m. – departure 10 a.m. at the latest. On arrival: cheque deposit = one €200 cheque for the let + one €50 cheque deposit for cleaning. The tenant must check the accuracy of the inventory and report any discrepancy discovered immediately or the following day at the latest. On departure the deposit shall be returned after inspection of the property.

Pitching tents is PROHIBITED on letting sites on penalty of expulsion.

Car-washing is PROHIBITED on the camping-site.

The toilette and bathroom facilities are for the CAMPERS’EXCLUSIVE USE.

Wearing the bracelet is COMPULSORY (in July and August) on penalty of expulsion.
